“Breakfast was kept stocked. The dining area is quite small esp. when larger groups are gathered. The hot tub and pool were nice. We walked to Texas Roadhouse for dinner.”

“Good location to Biltmore House. Clean, but poor lighting in room. Bedside lights almost useless for reading in bed. No staff at desk upon check-in, Four rooms were waiting to check in when desk clerk came back from "checking rooms for readiness". Seems like that could be done by someone else before 5:00pm. Same with check out - had to wait to desk staff. Breakfast was $17.00. I thought that was a little high.”

“Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was nicely appointed throughout. Our room had a wonderful view, comfortable beds, clean look. I really liked the rain shower. Fantastic view from the rooftop bar, and the location is perfect for enjoying downtown Asheville on foot. Definitely recommend!”

“It was evident that the property was still being built or finished, the ceiling above the elevator entrance from the garage wasn’t finished and had open electrical boxes, the room was great, also only had one of two elevators working, kind of a problem, they had a decent breakfast service, but they need more trays to bring food around”
