「It was clean, and staff was courteous. The only concern i had was a was tgeir for anniversary, and had the l9ve nest. And the swimming hoke was clothing, optional, There were people there for a 10 year olds bday party, it was fine, for me, but might ask if there are kids booked before visiting again. Seemed more like an adult only, atmosphere. Had a good time, there, though.」

If you stay at places often you know that in cabins and houses the hosts will often leave stuff that guests buy like foil, ziplock gas, coffee, dried creamer. Odds and ends. Do not expect that here, though. So if you want something you better buy it and take it with you. But everything was clean and in working order.」

「5 couples stayed for 3 nights over New Years Eve.Pros: Host was easy to work with. Property easy to find. Property was well stocked with paper products, kitchen items and bath towels etc. Overall the property was very nice. As the weather was cold we did not open the "garage" door or take advantage of the outside area. In warm weather it would be a great place to hang out. Large parking area. Close to Patoka Lake. 「Location was great- near Osborn boat ramp and just 10 minutes from Frenchlick. Cabin was adequate but could use a little more cleaning. There were cobwebs in the living room and bedroom plus mice droppings in the pantry. I live in the country and am used to this but had to do a little extra cleaning to feel comfortable. The front porch was very nice and since it rained 3 of the days we were there we spent quite a bit of time out there. Enjoyed the wood carvings around the cabins. 」
