「En séjour pour déplacement. L’intérieur de l’Hitel est rénovée, moquette neuve , peinture …. Chambre très propre , salle d’eau avec douche à l’italienne très propre , chambre faite tous les jours. Accueil souriant , très sympa. Le petit bémol le petit déjeuner , pas top pour ceux qui aiment salé ! 」

「Great little hotel in the Normandy countryside. About a 15 minute drive to Monet's garden and a number of good restaurant options. The hotel has a restaurant with limited food options, but a great bar and sitting area. Beautiful grounds in a quiet location with plenty of fresh air.」

「Loved the Green House. The owners are super cool. Easy check in and the room is amazingly big for French standards. Of course there’s a towel heater. You can walk to the Château La Roche-Guyon in about 6 mins. Lovely little town with a great Boulanger (super nice owner), a brasserie with a great terrasse. Didn’t have time to check out the crêperie or pizza place. Ask about a 2 for 1 coupon for entrance to the Château. Wish we could have stayed a few more days. 」

「Stayed here for 1 night in late September 2025. The hotel is stunning, with fantastic grounds and gardens. The breakfast was fantastic, and we didn’t expect the chocolate brownie, which was a nice treat. The evening fine dining was expensive but delicious, and the ales and beers from vexin were top notch. The grounds around the hotel feel very safe, and we were able to store 2 bicycles in an outside storage facility, which was secure.」

「Alain made us extremely welcome at his lovely old house just a short drive from Giverny and Monet‘s fabulous garden. A quiet side road, pretty house, and all we could wish for for a two-night stay. 」

「This a wonderfully quiet location with an awesome bakery around the corner. Realize this location is about an hour away from Paris and you need a car or be ready for rides o. The mass transit with many changes. I also recommend dropping by a bistro in Les Mureaux named Le CELTIQUE. The owner loved meeting us and was an absolute joy. His kitchen was closed for the evening so he went down the street for us and ordered pizza and calzones for us without us prompting. A genuine wonderful person....
