“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

During my visit, I accidentally left a shoe valued at $2,000 in the room. I only realised it a month later when I returned to L.A. What makes this experience unforgettable is the incredible customer service. I wasn’t even completely sure I had left the shoe in Paris, since we continued traveling through the south of France afterward. But……

“The location was amazing! I had read reviews that the Ubers or cabs would not take you all the way up to Montmartre and that we would need to climb the many stairs to reach the apartment self . That was not true. We never had issues getting Ubers to drop us off but did have a tough time getting picked up early Sunday am to head to the train station. “I really enjoyed the location. It felt like living as a Parisian, right in the middle of everyday city life. The area is vibrant both day and night, with people constantly on the move or simply enjoying themselves, and plenty of small, unique restaurants to explore. You couldn't ask for a better location, we were steps away from the Louvre and the Opera, and only five minutes from the shopping on St. Honoré. “This was an amazing stay for a few different reasons. Our contact was very responsive. It is unit 7 with a very small stair case on the 3rd level. The bed was a very comfortable Queen size bed with a decent bathroom with good water pressure. The toilet was not part of the bathroom and really small but we found it just was typical Europe.
