Modernly furnished 1-room apartment with a double bed, dining area, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a furnished balcony right on the dike.



The apartment also features Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, microwave with grill, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board.



Bedding—fitted sheet 2x90 or 1x1.80 x 2.00 m, pillowcases 2x 135x200 cm and 85x85 cm; guests must bring their own towels and dish towels.



Pets allowed upon request. (1 dog, one-time fee of 10.00 euros)



Cleaning fee: 70.00 euros



This is a non-smoking apartment; however, smoking is permitted on the balcony.



The east-facing balcony is perfect for a cozy breakfast in the morning sun.



The North Sea is just a few steps away, and from the dike you can experience

breathtaking sunsets.

Due to the dike raising, the dike is closed. Access is only possible via the Trischendamm (approx. 3 km).



The beautiful surroundings are perfect for excursions along, in front of, and behind the dike—on foot or by bike.



A women’s and a men’s bicycle are available in the bike shed and can be used free of charge during your stay. Of course, you’ll need to adjust the seat to your height and, if necessary, inflate the tires. Bike locks, tools, and a pump are provided in the apartment along with the keys.



The property is also located on a private street, and a parking space belonging to the apartment is right in front of the house.



The town of Friedrichskoog-Spitze is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

There is a bakery, an ice cream shop, several restaurants, clothing stores, a souvenir shop, a library, bike and go-kart rentals, a mini-golf course, and much more.



In Friedrichskoog itself, there is a REWE supermarket where you can do your shopping.



Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, and a few smaller stores are located in Marne (approx. 15 km).



Since the vacation rental is located in a spa resort area, a spa tax

is required for the duration of your stay (daily spa tax) and is calculated per day and person as follows:



March 1 through April 30 and October 1 through 30: €1.70



May 1 through September 30: €2.50



Arrival and departure each count as one day.



Please note that this fee is mandatory and cannot be avoided.

The spa card may also entitle you to certain discounts.

You’ll find the registration card in the apartment upon arrival.
