This lovely rural villa is situated on a plot of 700m2 and just 1.5 kilometres from the beaches of Nerja. Its landscaped gardens offer views to both the sea and the mountains. The villa is equipped for a maximum of six people and has three bedrooms, each with hot and cold air conditioning units. There are two family size bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical appliances. The lounge/dining room provides comfortable accommodation and also has hot & cold air conditioning. The television has many English speaking channels. The fireplace also provides heating to all the rooms within the property as well as the air-conditioning in the bedrooms making it an ideal choice in the cooler months of the year. Externally the villa boasts a good sized, heated*, private swimming pool (8,5 x 4 m) with an incorporated Jacuzzi of 2.2m in diameter. The gardens are meticulously kept and the lawns are a welcome advantage for families with small children.
