Cozy Creekside Condo - ground level, end unit

Experience your Colorado vacation in our beautifully updated, creekside condo in the heart of Summit County.
Our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom home features granite counters, hickory cabinets and a wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a new king mattress and a closet. The 2nd bedroom will sleep 4 in a custom made queen over queen bunk bed; but for maximum comfort, I would not recommend adults sleep on the top bunk.
Imagine waking up and stepping onto the deck to get a wonderful breath of that fresh mountain air as you watch and listen to Ten Mile Creek only steps away. We are situated one block from Main Street - at the quiet end! You will feel as if you have the peace and privacy that you so deserve on your vacation.
Once you are refreshed you can enjoy any of the amazing activities that Summit County has to offer. As mentioned, our condo is one block from Main Street where you can dine at a nice variety of restaurants, wet your whistle at the local bars and taverns, and shop at Frisco's unique shops and boutiques. The free shuttle is only a 2 minute walk from the front door if you want to get out and explore more of Summit County; we are the last stop before Copper Mountain! Have your own car? There is plenty of parking outside the front door. Bring your bicycles? We are only 1 block from the bike path where you can ride to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge or across majestic Lake Dillon (and even put your bike on the water taxi to get back home).
We hope you will stay in our cozy creekside condo and experience the tranquility, peace and comfort that we feel when we are here.

The location is creekside which is so peaceful. Even indoors you can hear the water flowing! Very serene! The kitchen was the most well stocked condo I have ever encountered! Even spices! I love that it is walking/biking distance to the downtown! Very clean! Towels were plentiful!

Perfect location if you want access to the hiking trails, bike trails and downtown Frisco. Right on the creek with access from the patio. Nice gas grill and two-seat pub table on patio. We loved the many kitchen conveniences left for us to use…great knives, just about every spice you would ever need, plenty of pots and pans, storage containers, etc. The only negatives worth mentioning are the need for some new bath linens (they are pretty old, mismatched, stained, etc) and that there wasn’t any bath soap in either bathroom. We stayed a little over two weeks and could have used a toilet brush, as well. All of these are easy fixes. We definitely would recommend and hope to be back next year!

Colorado Trip

We enjoyed staying at the cozy condo. The location was very convenient and the creek outside gave a very relaxing vibe. The condo was complete with toiletries and condiments. Copper Mountain and Breckenridge were a close drive.We also enjoyed strolling at Main Street. Highly recommend!

Great location!

Close to the highway for a quick trip to Copper Mountain but also tucked away near a peaceful stream and a very short drive to Main Street shops and restaurants. Check in and out was easy, and it had everything we needed in the kitchen.

A wonderful cozy retreat on Ten Mile Creek

We loved our stay at this condo! It definitely was a cozy retreat just steps from Ten Mile Creek. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed. Definitely cozy and creekside! Cottage was perfect for family of four, Frisco is a nice town. We ate out one night at tavern west which was very good, and cooked one night and enjoyed the house. Copper mtn 10 easy minutes away, but suggestion if you are lucky enough to get a weekend powder day, leave early to beat the traffic, I'd suggest leaving at 7 or shortly after. Sheryl the owner was great with communications and clear instructions for check-in. Would definitely stay here again.

Mountain Bike Race

My son and I were up for the Leadville bike race, the property was a perfect location to get to Leadville. Clean, quiet, roomy, and the babbling brook off the porch was relaxing after a hard day on the trails. We got a buckle!!

Perfect Resting Place

Our goal was to sit by the creek, listen to the rushing waters, watch the birds, ponder, pray, journal....and this VRBO facilitated us well! Extremely responsive hostess, well equipped condo, close promimity for tons of activities, dining, shopping, etc. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in! Hope to return asap.

Cozy River Condo

We loved our stay here! There was plenty of room for us and our two children with room to spread out. The best part was the view of the river right outside the back door. My husband and son loved being able to fish just a few steps from the back porch. It was right off the highway but super close to Main St and we walked several times downtown instead of driving. We loved this little piece of mountain paradise and would definitely stay here again, we we’re definitely sad to leave!

Wonderful place. Creek side location was fantastic and enjoyed immensely. The sound of running water and the mesmerizing view of the flowing stream were great.
