Awesome place

The house is between all ski resorts. Walking distance to Main Street Frisco. Would diffidently return to stay here next year.

Great time in Frisco

Great property and location. Worked well for me, my wife and our adult kids. One small issue was quickly addressed by the property manager within hours. Quiet but just 2 blocks to main street and all its restaurants and bars. Will be back.

Convenient location to skiing and access to charming downtown Frisco.

Clean and plenty of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The garage was super convenient and helpful, especially with a lot of snow, which we got during our stay. Only complaints about the accommodations are the seating in the living areas is uncomfortable and tough for more than four adults and the kitchen cabinets and appliances are in need of some upgrades.

Perfect location for large house right between Keystone and Breckenridge

We really liked staying here from the easy location off main street to close proximity to both major ski resorts of Keystone and Breckenridge. Three bedrooms and bunks/fouton allows for sleeping arrangements for 9 people. Multiple bathrooms on all levels make getting ready a breeze in mornings. Kitchen well stocked with pots/pans and even had multiple spices. Two large TVs will keep you entertained. And if you want to disconnect, there is a closet FULL of board games. Lots of thoughtful extras in the closets including baby play pens. Soap/shampoo and laundry detergent was already present. Lines and blankets were plentiful. The Hot tub was a nice bonus after a long day on the slopes.

No management

House was nice, location and size. Checked in and there was trash in trash bins, master bed was unmade and had to wash sheets ourselves, multiple light bulbs out, had to replace ourselves, circuit breaker kept tripping and it had an arc indicator on it that was lit up, called the management company multiple time and no answer to their “emergency” number and the voice mail was full. If I was the property owner I would get a different company. Location was good and the layout was nice, just no care by the management company.
