Great stay in Frisco

Perfect stay for our group of 5-6. Amazing river/ mountain views from the back porch/ balcony. Directly across from the community hot tubs (indoor and outdoor). Walkable to Main St area. Almost subtracted a star for the 10AM check out which is on the earlier side of VRBOs. But everything else was so smooth I left it a 5 :).

Great location, great viewsAnd we love the creek ambling along in front of the condo.It was a bit difficult this year as we only had one bath and one shower but we have been assured that next year a new bath will be installed so making two baths/shower.

Safety issues

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Master bathroom tun could not be used as a tub. Worse, the tub even when used as a shower as per the piece of paper attached to the wall leaked water down into the microwave and a light fixture on the floor below. This is a serious safety issue which the management and the owner obviously knew about hence the laminated paper attached to the wall in the bathroom. Besides this there was garbage in the bathroom as well as toilet paper in the toilet. Mold on the ceiling tin this bathroom. There were numerous other minor issues with maintainability. Besides the unit, the hot tub was kept so hot I could have cooked in it (no one used it).

Family New Year's ski trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is amazing! It is a 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain, where we skied 4/5 days. The kitchen is well appointed. We liked the 3 separate rooms upstairs. It was nice to have a garage to pull our car into so we didn't have to clean snow off in the morning.It could definitely use some updating. The beds were not comfortable; the carpet very warn. The thermostat on the main floor and master suite were terrible...we had a hard time getting it a comfortable temperature; it was either hot or cold.
