Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space. Unit has first and second floors. Comfortable seating in living room with a river rock wood fireplace, flatscreen, free WiFi and cable. Dining table seats 6 and kitchen bar seats 4. Walk out the deck door to the river. Complex has extensive grounds. Private south facing decks overlooking river and Mt. Royal. Washer and dryer in unit. Two entrances -- one on each floor. Unit has an attached 1 car garage plus 1 additional surface parking space. A community grill and picnic table on the river is just in front of the condo. Please Note: Only 2 pets allowed. A $300 Pet Deposit is taken on Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

Parking
You may park 1 car in the garage. 1 additional overflow surface parking spot (first come, first served) can be found along the perimeter of the complex as well as in the center. Please do not park in front of the stairs.
