"Club house not very welcoming. Swimming pool was over run with members of the public and swimming lessons on the Saturday. Jacuzzi was out off action . Would have been nice to be for warned about Jacuzzi and swimming lessons/public using the facilities."

"I arrived early, but was checked-in immediately, being given a ground floor (windows onto the pavement) flat. The first issue that I noticed was that there was a dehumidifier in the bedroom with a "Do Not Switch Off" sign, and mold around the window sill. I was told that this could be switched off ..."
