The house in a quiet area (side street).

The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers !!!!

1200 x 2000 mm large and very cozy bed installation. Fantastically to cuddle and relax. The second sleeping possibility arises on the sofa bed (see picture), which thus offers a large sleeping area again.

+++ With two pairs would therefore up to 4 max beds occur on the two sleeping possibilities. Please note when booking that there are in 4 people limitations because the bed is pulled to the bed and had to sleep 2 persons each on each bed / couch! +++

For children a travel cot is available what ebenfallst can be made available.
Beautiful fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Ceramic hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and of course a coffee maker. For this purpose, the cozy dining table with two chairs. Upon request, we also like to have more loungers.
the only just modernized bathroom has everything you need is even a built-RADIO so the time in the bathroom even more enjoyable. Outlet with a hair dryer are also available
An extendable vanity mirror on the wall completes the whole.

In the hallway - the entrance is still a shoe cabinet (to let out side the annoying smells)

Built in 1906, the house is 3.7 km away from Market Square, where numerous Schlämmer shops, restaurants, shopping markets but to see or experience are also many attractions.

4.9 km you will reach the recently reconstructed swimming pool. Adjacent is the McDonalds, citizen king, bowling center, large cinema and the Fritzlarer Brauhaus 1880th

Not far from the house are our forest for timber supreme with several hiking trails and the Eder River with well-developed cycling - hiking. Along the river you are surrounded by numerous fish ponds.

Free parking is available right outside the entrance.

Bus station is about 200 meters (2 minutes walk) from the apartment.
