"The room was clean and nice, even tho we were told it was to be fully renovated soon. The property was under renovation and the staff was apologetic of the condition around us. They were very accommodating when we found our fridge inoperable and quickly found a remedy. We will stay here again if in the area, even if renos are not completely done."

"Kimberly who checked us provided us with the most amazing check in that my wife and I have ever experienced in our traveling lives. Everyone at the front desk was also fantastic, but Kimberly was a level above anything we have experienced. A minor item, we had two hair conditioners in our room instead of a conditioner and a shampoo. This was quickly fixed. Hotels.com also promised us a balcony room. We received a ground floor room. No big deal, the room was more than satisfactory."
