“Historical building right in the downtown”

“Great suite, Steps to many restaurants and cafe’s. Host Randa was gracious and made sure we had everything we needed. Do yourself a favour and be sure to visit her Art gallery and cafe below. We look forward to returning.”

“This property was absolutely wonderful. It is true to the pictures. The apartment is beautifully done and has a very well equipped kitchen as well. We loved using the balcony with the beautiful views and you cannot beat the perfect location in the heart of downtown. We cannot wait to come back and I highly recommend this property.”

“In town for the weekend, this was a great place to spend the night. Clean, spacious and had a private entrance and check in. Sandy was amazing, super pleasant to communicate with and I felt welcomed from the time I stepped through the door, to the time I checked out. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thanks!”

“Great quite location with all the basic amenities that I needed”

“Great”

“Excellent stay. Clean, excellent location downtown Kingston and the host is great with communication.”

“Very nice host. Thoughtful service and excellent location right beside downtown. Quite a few stair to go up if you are with big luggage.”

“We had a really good stay at Joanie’s Farmhouse! The home itself is spacious, clean, and has many thoughtful touches that help you feel at ease if you forgot something. The option of two fire pits close to either the house or lakeshore was awesome. We and our pup enjoyed wandering down the lane way to lake. The water was super clear and we were able to go in from the dock without water shoes-though if walking in from shore you would want some. Jumping into the hot tub after a refreshing swim……

“Quiet and relaxing. Great location. Friendly host with great communication. We had a wonderful time!”

“The property was very clean. Check in was seamless. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was like being at home. Loved the patio too”
