「Parking was easy and close to the front entrance. Front desk still had Covid protocol in place (clear barriers) on Front Desk. Room was clean Restaurant was a joke!」

「Staff found out it was our 40th anniversary and went out of their way to make it special.」

「We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.」

「I stay there with my dog about 4-6 times a year. Always a quiet, comfortable, clean good nights stay.」

「In the end it was a great stay. I believe they double booked - so we were a bit panicked that we did not have a room - but it ended up being ok.」

「There was a large sticky spot in the carpet and a leak in the ceiling in the shower. I reported the problems and they said maintenance would look into it. With 2 issues in the room, I was disappointed they didn’t move us to a different room or at least comp the room. 」

「Staff was very nice at check in. The elevator was not working which was rather inconvenient - they could not accommodate me with a first floor room but did switch to a second floor room. Room was small but cozy. Linens were fresh and clean - bathroom was also very clean. Was a good room at a kinda expensive rate but all hotels on the Kansas City metropolitan area have raised their rates due to the impending FIFA World Cup games.」
