One-bedroom apartment with harbor view, terrace, and parking – Frontignan-Plage
Ideally located in Frontignan-Plage, this 28 m² one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. On the 2nd floor of a secure residence (no elevator), you'll enjoy unobstructed views of the harbor and a beautiful southwest exposure, ideal for spending evenings soaking up the Mediterranean sun on the 5 m² terrace.

The apartment consists of three sleeping areas:
• One bedroom with a double bed
• One bedroom with a trundle bed
• A sofa bed in the living room

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: refrigerator with freezer, 2-burner stovetop, oven, washing machine, coffee pod machine, kettle, and toaster.

The living room opens onto the terrace (with an electric griddle) and features a dining table with chairs, a sofa bed, and a television. The bathroom includes a shower and sink, as well as storage space; the toilet is separate.
Please note: a private parking space within the residence is included.

L'appartement est sympa, mais sa propreté n'y est pas.Il faut revoir les matelas de chaque couchage qui sont fatigués. Cela fait que nous sommes aussi fatigués car nous ne dormons pas bien.Des poils de chien ou chat partout, l'aspirateur ne fonctionne pas bien, le volet roulant de la pièce principale fait un bruit phénoménal, nous étions désolés pour les voisins. L'égouttoir à vaisselle est a changer car il est rouillé. La douche est vraiment très petite, pas facile de se laver...Cependant l'appartement est très sympa, fonctionnel et très bien placé avec une vue très jolie avec les bateaux. La plage est vraiment très proche et c'est agréable. Merci à Aude et Gabriella pour leur professionnalisme. Nous espérons que le propriétaire prendra en compte toutes nos remarques afin que les autres voyageurs puissent être bien installés et pour que l'appartement soit entretenu au fil des jours et des années.Bien à vous
