Thank you Maureen for our wonderful accommodations. Beautiful home !All amenities were amazing, professional done, and high end.Great bath and shower. We had everything we needed (and more) during our stay.The property was extremely well maintained and clean.We hope to return next trip.

Beautifully kept home, clean, quiet neighborhood.Absolutely breathtaking view from the front porch.The master shower alone makes this home worth the stop to stay here. We loved our 20th anniversary Getaway to Fruita. Maureen is an excellent hostess & was available for any questions or help that we needed. 10/10

Einfach nur PERFEKT

Wir waren insgesamt 3 Wochen in den USA unterwegs und haben in einigen Hotels / Ferienwohnungen usw. übernachtet. Der Bungalow in Fruita war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Ausstattung ist toll, die Inneneinrichtung ist wunderschön - mit einem herrlichen Blick für Details - und der Außenbereich einfach nur ein Traum. Wir fühlten uns so wohl und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Die Inhaberin ist super nett, sehr hilfsbereit und nimmt sich wirklich Zeit für den persönlichen Kontakt. Vielen vielen Dank!

Wonderful Fruita home with great views

We had a wonderful stay in Fruita, directly across from the Colorado NationalMonument, with easy day trips to Arches National Park and Glenwood Springs and more. The house was clean, beds super comfy and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals.

New build, clean, well stocked kitchen

Nice, new/under construction neighborhood, quiet during non-construction hours, well stocked kitchen, comfortable seating arrangements, medium-firm master bed, soft twin beds, large smart tv in main area, several ceiling fans, one car garage, nice views in every direction. No shampoo or conditioner was provided, otherwise it was perfect!

Perfect stay

After big disappointments with large hotel chains in Grand Junction, we loved our stay in Fruita! The place was immaculate, beautifully stocked, thoughtfully appointed, and very comfortable. Very happy !

Best vrbo ever!

Truly surpassed our expectations- easy to find- impeccably clean- everything organized down to the sandwich bags- extra towels, toothpaste, even tampons! So impressed by the attention to detail and making everything so easy and seamless. About 5 min from downtown and 20 minutes from kessel biking area. Here for a trail race with two couples and all of us loved this spot!

Great stay

Amazing place!

Family birthday celebration

The home has all the amenities needed. Kitchen is fully equipped, even with Keurig pods for your morning coffee. Only negative is an extremely small backyard with no privacy at all. Front yard has a gorgeous view of the mountains.

Modern & Well Equipped

Nice new home minutes from GJ & Fruita. Really comfortable beds and furniture. The linens are nice and the kitchen has everything. Coffee and creamer were a nice touch! Very quiet inside the home and the view of CO National Monument is stunning. When outside you do here the road noise from the interstate.
