Nature Lover's Paradise!

  • This is a cozy, rustic, lofted cabin with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens). It is situated on a dirt road, in a quaint, private, family-friendly community. It comes equipped with a full kitchen that opens into the main living area with a wood-burning stove for cozy days/evenings by the fire. There is also a full-size washer and dryer located in the sunroom at the back of the cabin for your use. It is centrally located with easy access to popular Fryeburg Fair Grounds, snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and a 10-minute walk to the association's private beach! The cabin is just a short drive away from the town center and local eateries; 302 Tavern, Saco River Brewery, Top of the Ninth, Oxford House, Jockey Cap Country Store, and the Old Saco Inn, just to name a few.

    Away from it all, but close to it all, if needed. North Conway shopping, Storyland (35 minutes), Mt. Washington, Conway Scenic Railroad, Mt. Washington Valley Children's Museum (about 20 miles away) Skiing at Pleasant Mountain (Shawnee Peak) is closest, about 11 miles away; Canmore Mountain Resort (25 minutes), Attitash Mountain Resort (35 minutes), Saco River Canoe and Kayak Rentals (5 minutes), Jockey Cap Trail (5 minutes), Hemlock Bridge (18 minutes), Mt. Tom Preserve - The Nature Conservatory (8 minutes), Mt. Tom Trail (11 minutes)

Very well equipped cabin! Tons of little appliances and gadgets, firewood and kindling, toys and games. Really nice bathroom. The bed upstairs was really comfortable with no sag in the middle. Our only critique is that the wifi is pretty terrible, which was only an issue when trying to watch TV on a rainy day. Everything with the TV is streaming so bad wifi means nothing really works. I ended up using my cell phone as a hotspot and it worked much better. Overall though, the place is really nice and very spacious, and the host seems to care a lot about making you feel like you're home. We had a very enjoyable stay! Thank you, Julia!

It was very quiet, just what we needed. Close to town and places we wanted to see. Comfortable and warm. Host was so good with anything we needed. Cottage was beautiful.

Our hosts were so easy to communicate with. The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed for our weekend ski trip. We loved making a fire in the fireplace. The cabin was so close to everything - restaurants up the road and cranmore ski resort and n Conway a quick 20 min drive. Our teens had an amazing time. We hope to be back for a summer experience.

Great getaway

Pleasant, well-kept place with some thoughtful touches like s'mores ingredients and a wagon for transporting stuff to the beach. We enjoyed the lake, which is a short walk away, and the neighborhood is low-key and dog friendly. Would stay here again!

It is a simple but a lovely place. It was clean, quaint, and relaxing. It had everything we needed to complete a wonderful vacation weekend. The walk to the beach was nice. Perfect for the fair

Came to enjoy family at the Fryeburg Fair, and this was the perfect location. Far enough removed from the hustle of the traffic, but so close to it all.

Came here the previous summer too because we enjoyed it so much the first time. Although the beach area was flooded for our stay, there's so much to do and see in the area! Cute little place to stay if you want peace and tranquility!
