Les employés étaient super gentil, la chambre super propre et les toilettes/douche aussi. Il est à 10-15 minutes de marche de la ville, la route se fais super bien à pied ou avec des tuktuk. La vue sur le lac était incroyable, nous avons même eu la chance de voir quelques éruptions du volcan fuego au loin. J’y retournerais n’importe quand.

Property is beautiful, the cabins and view are stunning the only downfall is the shared bathrooms but they do say it on their description so we took the risk. It’s a must place. If you see it take it you won’t regret it

El lugar esta ubicado en la montaña con una vista increíble al lago y los volcanes. Aun asi no es para todos, nos hubiera conocer que los baños eran ecológicos desde antes de reservar. Las yurtas (tiendas de campaña tipo glamping) cuentan con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena noche, cama grande y colchón un poco duro. Nuestra Yurta con el numero 1 tenía varias parte abiertas, no selladas correctamente, lo que permitía el paso a mas insectos por los huecos de las esquinas. Aun asi tuvimos una buena estancia

This hotel is really unique and really feels integrated with the nature around it. It was very clean, comfortable, and had great views. But the best part about our experience there was the staff. The manager was so helpful and kind. I had mistakenly booked for the wrong date and booked an extra day (not sure how I managed that). The manager completely took care of us and not only prepared a room for us, but she sorted things out with Expedia so I was reimbursed for the extra booked night and didn't have to deal with that myself while on vacation. She was amazing. I didn't even have to ask for the help, she took the initiative and took care of everything for me! I would definitely stay there again. Just be aware that there are a lot of stairs getting to check in and the rooms, so this is a hotel better suited for physically fit folks!

Das Hotel ist ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Wir sind jeden Morgen extra früh aufgewacht, um den Sonnenaufgang aus dem Bett zu schauen. Das Personal ist unfassbar nett und super hilfreich, egal welche Fragen und Anliegen man hat! Einen besseren Start in Guatemala hätten wir nicht haben können :)

L’hôtel est top, en retrait du centre donc peu bruyant en plein milieu de la nature. Excellent compromis entre retraite spirituelle (mais pas trop) et pleine nature (pas trop roots), n’hésitez pas. Tips:petit déjeuner local ou continental (sur demande) apporté sur votre terrasse par Alice ou Mona(excellentes manageuses avec de nombreux conseils) sans compter une vue imprenable face aux volcans du lac, et les condors qui frôlent votre yourte.
Vue tous les matins du lit.

Das Fuego Hotel ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, etwas außerhalb gelegen aber dennoch fussläufig oder mit TukTuk sehr gut erreichbar. Der Ausblick ist einmalig und alles sehr sauber und schön! Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen :)

I had a wonderful time staying here. The staff were exceptional, very helpful and friendly. Communication was great, before arriving and during my time there. The room was perfect - incredible view, lovely balcony to sit out on, dependable wifi and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delivered, if you order it the night before and was delicious. You can see from the website pictures that the property is perched on the side of a steep hill, which allows for each “room” to have privacy and it great view. This also means lots of stairs, which might not work for some people. It’s an eco-hotel, so although each “room”has a sink, the two showers and toilets are shared, which was never a problem for me, personally. They were always available whenever I needed them. There is a well stocked kitchen, if you want to prepare your own food and a fridge with a shelf for each room, to store your items. The walk into town takes about 10-15 mins and is good exercise, although there are plenty of tuc tucs available to drive you, for Q10. Wonderful place, I highly recommend it!

Muy buen servicio . Si es recomendable aunque no fue mi caso que en la publicación se indique que no es un hotel para personas de la tercera edad o con problemas físicos o de salud ya que son muchas escaleras . También hacer hincapié que es un hotel ecológico con una conexión directa a la naturaleza ( literal ) ya que en tu Glamping puede haber algún insecto . Pero el Servicio y el personal es muy bueno , las vistas a la laguna también .

We enjoyed our stay peaceful property. Loved the kitchen space and the convenience of local shopping to prepare our last supper in San Marcos . The host who greeted us was lovely and made us feel welcome. The shower was great hot water which was amazing ! Communication prior and during our stay was great thank you !
