Hotel Las Palmeras studio by Costarentals - Ref 56

Welcome to our lovely studio in Las Palmeras with a perfect location right next to the port, beach, restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The apartment is located in the Hotel Palmeras building with limited access to facilities as it is not part of the hotel. The condominium swimming pool is only open in high season. Outside the hotel you will find a wide choice of restaurants, activities (bike rental, jet skis, parasailing, etc.) and nightlife for all ages!
When you enter the apartment, you are greeted by a bright apartment with a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hob and oven and much more for cooking during your holidays. There is a dining area for 4 people and also you have a comfortable sofa bed in front of the large smart TV. Further on the balcony there is a lovely dining area under the umbrella. Upstairs is the private roof deck with lounge area, dining table, lounge chairs and a neat gas grill.
The apartment has a double bedroom and A/C with cooling and heating. The bathroom has a tub with shower.
The apartment is otherwise equipped with A/C in all rooms, WIFI, shared swimming pool, washing machine, fridge and freezer and much more.
Cleaning fees include one set of sheets and towels per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay. 


Buildings are being built near the apartment, but it is not known exactly when they will be completed.
