Have stayed here many times the location is great near the train station the area is lovely lots of shops restaurants and near the beach. Would always recommend great gor families couples and if your looking fof a location thst is a good base to travel up and gown the costa del sol.

Great apartments

Great apartments, nice location near bars and restaurants and short walk to main part of town. Very close to the train station and bus stops too. Nice pool area, whirlpool and air hockey and pool table. 24 hr reception and aleays friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Christmas and enjoyed it so much, we came back. The apartments are very good the staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Very centrally located to the train bus, and supermarket, plenty of cafe’s and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

A pleasant and comfortable apartamentos hotel to visit. Clean, amenities near, well equipped mercadona around the corner. Swimming pool downstairs is the pearl of the hotel. Beach is a couple of minutes away, railway station even nearer. I can recommend Mediterraneo Real to anyone who wants to enjoy his/her holiday in a private, good quality and home-like environment.

Convenient location but a bit run down

The apartment smells old. We had a balcony but no view because we were on the secon floor facing the main street. There were no cloth or sponge or dishwashing liquid to clean or wash dishes. Location is good near los boliches station and next to supermarket. Apartment was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Our apartment was wonderful, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The Receptionists were very helpful and friendly, the cleaning ladies were wonderful coming every 2 days with fresh towels and every 3 days to change the bedding. There was a great library on site and everything was within easy walking distance from our hotel. We had a small issue with the washing machine and the Maintenance man came straight away to help us (it was something we were doing wrong not the machine's fault!). We highly recommend this apartment hotel and will be back soon.

Ideal for a family break

This was our first time in this area and in an apartment as a family. We stayed in the penthouse 2 bed apartment, we are a family of 2 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space for us, we had a double room with en-suite there was a twin room and then a double sofa bed. Each room had aircon and we found leaving it on cold when going out made it bliss when coming home. Apartment was tidy and serviced every couple of days. There is a supermarket around the corner ideal for stocking up on drinks and snacks. The complex itself had a great pool and we never had any problems getting a space there and used it every day. Downside is a very limited bar onsite by the pool and not open that late so if you like a drink best stock up from the shop. It’s a 5 min walk from the station and the train from Malaga airport is only 30 minutes and cost us €24 return for the whole family far cheaper and quicker than a taxi. Ask for an extra room key as you can then leave one in the pad to keep the electric on for the aircon. From the apartment it’s only a 10min walk to the beach and the shops/restaurants which is great we went down every evening when it had cooled and found some great beach side bars for a cold drink whilst the kids played on the beach with football etc.

Good clean spacious apartment. Basic kitchen equipment but adequate although you need to bring your own dish sponge, dishwasher tablets and washing detergent. Small TV with limited channels. We had an upper floor with mountain view which was fine but in November it did not get any sun whatsoever. This meant that it was too cold to use the balcony. A sunny room would have made a huge difference to out stay but we were told at check in that there were none available?

Never disappoints

Stayed many times previously, never disappoints. Good location, short walk from the train station and 10 minutes downhill to the beach. Good sized rooms and kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Friendly staff as always.
