The location of the complex, between the ocean and volcanoes, is one of our highlights and although we are located 20Km from Corralejo our team are happy to advise you on the best way to visit the island. There is a daily free bus for our guests to take you to Corralejo and once a week also to Cotillo, the two nearest towns. Lajares is only 10 km away and a taxi there costs €10-12. We take pride in catering to our guests’ needs the best way we can and appreciate your kind words, especially knowing that your dining experience exceeded your expectations. However, the kid´s pool is heated with a heat pump and its temperature range is between 24 and 26 Cº. we are sorry that you were not fully satisfied with the temperature and will be taking your remark into consideration for the future. We have also noted your feedback about our facilities; we can assure you that we will be taking the time to review this and take any action needed as the safety and well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance. We are aware of some side roads with broken pavers, however as these are public we cannot replace them, but are in touch with the council and hope to get them fixed soon.
