"Freaking amazing hotel. Out of the world experience. Service was top notch from a tall hot butler welcoming us at the door and helping with bags, to the ever friendly receptionists, to amazing house keeping staff who kept our rooms clean every day, to breakfast room staff… everything was perfect! This stay is nothing short of amazing and every staff went above and beyond in all areas. The rooms were another level.. clean, tastefully furnished and thoughtfully replenished day by day… they took care of my family, including my aged grandma, so well the entire stay. No request is ever too much or too hard. It will definitely be my top choice hotel for future stays and I can’t recommend it enough "

"When we walked in the door, the hotel provided excellent service, helping deliver the luggage to our rooms. The room was comfortable although the decor is bit outdated and chipped. Lobby is very beautiful and always have enough staffs there ready to help you out. The best part is the super decent breakfast buffet with so many delicious foods that will power you up for the whole day. Location is so convenient, near all the major sightseeing spots and next to a large shopping center with tons of reputable restaurants inside. Overall, we are very happy and would come back again and highly recommend it to others in town."
