"員工英文都相當好，溝通無障礙。 入住會送富士急樂園的設施體驗券。 有大眾溫泉浴場是男女分開的，非常舒服！ 天氣好的時候可以邊泡湯邊看富士山。 附近離吃飯跟超商都有一點點距離，建議可先買好食物再過來，或者直接訂他們的早晚餐自助吧"

"Thanks for the free upgrade to a room with private bath where with the beautiful view of river. Since it is close to the nature, insects are part of them, just get used to it. The room is spacious with wonderful blackout effect, we can't guess the time even at 1000. It is very impressive, we have completely charged for the nights. The spa is for both sex, swimming suits are required. There is free parking. I surely will come back for another relaxing trip."

"Reasonable price. Breakfast is good. The car park is located at 2/F in which you can access through the elevator. Do not return to hotel too late or else you need to park open area/ another free park that 5 mins from the hotel. Hope that 1-2 more drying machine can be introduced. Since the washing procedure last only 30mins but most people spend 40-60mins for the dryer. "

"環境幽靜，服務很好，大堂職員主動有禮。迎賓館鐵板燒食物精緻美味，廚師介紹及廚藝一流。溫泉樂樂設施很齊全，適合老中青活動，唯地磚/防滑墊很刺腳，路天位置亦很盪腳，可改善一下。"

"毕竟旅店已经上年头了。有点旧。不过卫生各方面都保持的非常好。露天浴室地板有点翘起来了。卫生间有点异味。谢谢"

"房間看起來雖然沒有非常新穎，不過整體而言還算舒適。前台服務人員也很熱心服務，幫我撥打電話給租車公司更改還車地點。箱根本身景點不算多，如果都要搭車，時間可能比較不好掌握，選擇自駕停留一晚，非常值得品味飯店的晚餐與早餐，餐點雖然不是非常多樣，不過有考量到各國飲食的不同，不會只吃到日本特色食物。"

"房間很大、溫泉跟桑拿室很舒服，提供的飲品跟零食很讚，還有望遠鏡可以觀星。唯一的缺點是早上十點就要check out，也不提供寄放行李服務，但有機會會想要多待幾天。"
