"I chose this hotel for its convenient access to Fukuoka's street food stalls and opportunities for city strolling. The room was spacious, with a fantastic view from the window. The inclusion of an in-room sauna was also an enjoyable addition to the experience. For my next visit, I'd like to try staying in a different room type."

"Excellent communication instructions ahead of arrival and we are fully aware of what to expect with the unmanned hotel check in. The place is unclean - the elevator is fully of dust on the wall and you can smell the old dusty smell. The cleaner ladies obviously sees it everyday and choose to ignore it as it’s the exact same for the 4 nights we stayed. "We enjoyed the stay, and would recommend it. It was apartment style with kitchenette and the amenities you would expect. Rooms were spacious, and location was close enough to Hakata station (approximately 10 minutes walk). The unmanned element meant you might need to figure out the procedures a little, but there will be instructions provided."

"始めて清川に宿泊しました。 近隣には美味しい食事ができる店も多く食事には困りませんでした。 私は歩くのが好きなので、中州や博多駅まで歩きましたが15分少々でいい散歩でした。 立地的には博多観光の中心エリアではないですが、どこに行くにもアクセスしやすい立地だと思います。 部屋は、可もなく不可もなくですが、出来れば改善して欲しいのが、インターホンの機材が室内にあるのですが、消灯しても緑色にピコピコ光っており、寝にくいので見てみたら2016年から部屋のインターホンを押した人の膨大なデータが残っていて消す作業を諦めました。 たぶん、他の部屋もそうだと思うので宿の方にチェックアウトの都度確認して消して欲しいです。 天井の煙探知機かなにかの機械の緑色の電球も消灯すると目立つのでなんとかして欲しいです。"

"This hotel had no desk clerk, but we were able to figure out how to check in and get the room lock code. The room was large by Japanese hotel room standards. It felt like a small apartment. The area had many restaurants and shopping areas close by. The laundry room had four washer/dryers that did an excellent job. They even automatically dispensed laundry detergent, so we didn’t have to go find any at a convenience store. "

"チェックイン方法はHotels.comからのメールで届くのですが、現時点では何処にもそれが書かれておらず、メールに気付かないまま現地を訪れてしまい戸惑いました。Hotels.comからのメールを見逃さないようにしてください。 部屋は博多から電車で10分程の住宅街のアパートの一室です。掃除も行き届いており概ね清潔でした。アメニティ類も不足はないのですが、バスタオルや足拭きマットが心許なく、すぐビショビショになってしまいました。また宿泊した日は10度以下と寒かったのですが、アパートのため暖房が効きづらく、夜も寒い思いをしました。このあたりは値段なりだろうと思います。"

"Very nice and spacious with a walking distance to Hakata station. Things are just like what you’re seeing in the photos. The room is fully equipped with everything you would need and very suitable for a group travel. Self check in was easy. One thing to improve would be the room cleanliness as there was some dust on certain areas like…on TV, the top of microwave oven, etc. Other than that, things are superb! Highly recommend this place!"
