「第二次入住，6年前曾經入住過這酒店！酒店內外也保養得非常好，一點也不覺得有破舊感，仍然整潔明亮！地理位置卓越，鄰近博多巴士站，方便去遠或近的地點旅遊！而去博多駅旁AMU及阪急商場行街也很方便，而轉JR ／地鉄／新幹線整體來說是很方便，是不錯的選擇！」

「已經是第二次住宿酒店。酒店房間非常寬敞，同行三人同時攤開行李箱也毫無壓力。位置鄰近地下鐵站，交通極便利，還能一路散步走到天神購物，整體住得非常舒服！」

「Spacious and sparkling-clean family room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the traditional Japanese cuisine (Sukiyaki, salmon rice, French Toast and Omelette). Excellent location with easy access to the airport and plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, a wonderful stay!」

「喜歡這間酒店非常乾淨，而且非常方便從地鐵行隧道就到酒店，不用擔心下雨或太陽，服務態度非常好，只是覺得床褥比較too soft一點，可以改善床褥比較挺身或硬一點就更加好，可能酒店有一段時間，所以床褥方便可以換上新的比較好，因為酒店都是中上價錢，希望能夠有所改善.」

「早餐豐富，酒店每天都會清潔，十分不錯！浸浴的出水量快，溫度也很好。酒店大堂有微波爐和冰提供，十分滿意。 洗衣設備尚可，但可在房的電視了解洗衣房的狀態，很細心。 惜房間的尺寸稍細，但地理位置優越。」
