I wish it was closer to the station and there were more restaurants near it but that cannot be helped by the property owner. Very nice apartment!

Dear SG Residence Inn Hakata Team, Thank you very much for a pleasant stay — everything was perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, and overall comfort. However, I would like to raise one concern regarding the bedding. Unfortunately, the pillows and the blanket in the room (which appeared to be feather-filled) had a strong, unpleasant odor, as if they were old or deteriorating. This significantly impacted the sleeping comfort during my stay. I hope this can be looked into for future guests, as it would otherwise be an excellent experience. It is not a hotel. It is more like an ordinary western style apartment which is quite spacious and have a washing machine and kitchen. Only around 8-10 min walk to Bataks station. And 3-4 min walk to a convenience store. Highly recommended

A bit far away from Hakata station. It might suitable for family, not so suggested for woman live alone as the area was quite quiet at night. The washing machine and some of the corner didn't clean enough. Overall not bad.

床は少しベタッとしていて、アメニティのスリッパを使う必要があった。(使えば問題なし) 延長料金を払ってチェックアウトの時刻を延長していたが、終了時刻が来る前に、清掃の人が室内に入室してきて(実際は、ドアのロックをかけていたため入れていない)、不快に感じた。同じ名前のホテルがあるので注意。泊まる際は、ホテル名ではなく、住所を確認した方がよい。(連れは間違えていた。) それ以外は良かった。また利用したいと思う。

マンションのつくりなので、部屋も広くトイレ浴室が別で良かったです。ベットもダブル2つにシングル1つで親子３人で泊まるには十分すぎる広さでした。博多に行く際はまた利用したいと思います。

写真のように掃除もできていて、シーツも綺麗でよかったです。 1つ残念な所は、下駄箱に前の使用者の？サンダルが残っていました。他は特に問題ありませんでした。また機会があれば使用したいと思います。

地點離博多車站有點遠走路要15分鐘，最方便就是斜對面有平價的家庭餐廳gusto（8：00~24：00）。第一天晚上八點到在一樓大廳是自助式櫃檯，沒有空調很熱，輸入完平板上要求的資料已經汗如雨下，非常害怕蟑螂的孩子還看到一隻超大的蟑螂爬在牆上，當下印象非常不好。房間配備有點舊，使用痕跡很明顯，洗衣機沒烘乾機，床不太好睡，沙發床躺起來不是平的。電視很小台不是智慧型的，只能看日本當地頻道。以價格來說還算可以...
