"The worst hotel experience ever! I paid for a room for 3 guests, but it only accommodated 2 people. Even at check-in, the room was prepared for 2 guests only. When I asked the receptionist, they said I needed to pay extra for the third bed — apparently, the existing setup was only for 2 pax. I reached out to Expedia, but they couldn’t do anything about it. In the end, one of us had to sleep on the sofa. Housekeeping was also disappointing — by 4 PM, our room still wasn’t cleaned. Strangely,...
