“We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they said they were full and couldn't change even if I was willing to pay extra. Although I was unhappy all night, it wasn't a big deal. But what happened next left me completely baffled. This hotel actually used handwritten check-in forms instead of a self-service computer system. More than ten days later, we were still receiving emails from the hotel urging us to pay……

“Great hotel, awesome family pool with slide, and carts, chairs and umbrellas avail to take across the street to the beach… and last but not least - AH-MAZING staff! Very gracious with any adjustments that needed to be made. Highly recommend. ”
