"The property was lovely but for a couple it was kid central so didn’t use the pool other than one afternoon because it was so busy. Housekeeping asked if we wanted sheets and towels changed, which we said we were ok but still could have made the bed, replaced coffee and water, picked up the washcloth in the shower etc. just little tidy up is nice. Staff were lovely !! The lobby lounge has good snacks and wine. Not always easy to find in Taiwan. Our private hot spring onsen was amazing !!"
