「This property is not in a great neighborhood, when we arrived the front of the house had weeds growing over the windows, the house next to this property was so over grown to the point i could almost consider it abandoned. The air conditioner return vent was almost choked down with dust, and every fan in the house had dust on the fan blades as if they have not been cleaned in a really long time, oh did i mention only one fan actually had fan strings that worked as well, we also had old trash in...

There was mold in the bathroom. The amount of money we paid, we would have appreciated at the very least two-ply toilet paper & newer & softer towels. We spent most of our time out in the city but would have appreciated someone telling us this is an OLDER home. 」
