「Staff very helpful」

「We were trying to contact the hotel the entire time to inform them that we would be arriving late, but no one ever answered. We called repeatedly from around 9:00 p.m. until about 1:00 a.m., but were never able to reach anyone at the front desk. At that point, we still had about an hour and a half of driving left to reach the hotel. Because we could not confirm a late check-in, we decided not to take the risk and had to book another hotel along the way, which meant paying for an additional stay...
