“We loved being across the street from 6 flags ! The room was comfortable and what you would expect for the money . We'd stay there again”

“We were trying to contact the hotel the entire time to inform them that we would be arriving late, but no one ever answered. We called repeatedly from around 9:00 p.m. until about 1:00 a.m., but were never able to reach anyone at the front desk. At that point, we still had about an hour and a half of driving left to reach the hotel. Because we could not confirm a late check-in, we decided not to take the risk and had to book another hotel along the way, which meant paying for an additional stay……

“This hotel is a whole VIBE!!! Not a place for staying up in the room and chilling, more of a party all night and take a nap type of hotel! It’s clean, so clean it makes you feel like it was a grand opening. City view gives you a perfect view, room size is just enough and not overly cluttered with furniture and the decor was very cool. Staff was amazing! Imani checked us in and she was excellent! The staff checking us out was so nice! We will stay with them again!”

“We needed a quick place to rest and this place really came in handy. Our online reservation got screwed up, but the front desk clerk was very helpful and we were able to get a room that night plus an extra night at half the cost. Breakfast was great, fresh hot coffee always available. Check in and check out was hassle-free.”

“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that……

“would not book this hotel through Expedia I was charged when I arrived for the room and the incidental charge as well when I was told I would only be charged the incidental charge. Had to be going back and forth and still haven’t received a refund from either party. The bartender they have at this hotel is rude and took 20 minutes to even talk to us but only had one other customer. Security is nice but that’s about it I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. :)”
