"We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this charming cabin and our kids are already asking when we can go back. The location is perfect—close enough to explore downtown Berkeley Springs but far enough to feel like a real escape.
The cabin itself has so much character. Our kids absolutely loved having their own space on the second floor, which gave us some peace and quiet downstairs. The bathrooms are a highlight—that big soaking tub was a huge hit with the whole family, and we found ourselves drawn to it every evening. The fire pit outside is fantastic for gathering as a family, roasting marshmallows, and enjoying the mountain air.
We also ate at the on-site restaurant, which was convenient and had solid options—a nice bonus when you don't want to pack the kids back into the car after a full day.
One small note: the cabin could use a bit more air circulation or freshening between guests (it had that closed-up smell), but nothing a few open windows didn't help with pretty quickly.
All in all, this is a great spot for families looking for a relaxing mountain weekend with good amenities and thoughtful touches. Would definitely recommend and would happily return."
