"My room was quiet, clean, and well maintained, and had the extras the really set it a notch above - an iron, body lotion, a functioning large screen TV, furniture that looked new, and was close to a large retail development. Would happily stay here again."

"The staff were great except for the man who registered us. I was told I could check in by 1 instead of 3, but when I got there, the man at the desk said no rooms would be ready before 3. I went back to my car to wait with my disabled husband and dog. I went back in at 2:40 and he was registering people. A rocky start. The room was good, but the pool and hot tub were dirty. Breakfast was good, the bartenders were wonderful."

"This was the worst property I have ever stayed. We took pictures of some of the issues. Huge hair clumps on the towels from previous use, the coffee pot had not been cleaned, two spiders in the room - one a brown recluse-blood stains on the sheets. In the lobby I asked for an extra coffee pod (after thoroughly cleaning it) and the desk clerk walked around the desk and to the back to get it and he was barefoot. The place smelled and it appears the staff live on site. I was charged twice for the booking fee for three rooms when I had to change the reservation and was told I would not be. This is the worst experience I have had at a hotel."

"The room was nice and comfortable bed. Location was very convenient. Breakfast was adequate, but limited and the same offering for the 4 days we stayed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The accessibility on the first floor was somewhat troublesome with stairs required to access rooms which made using the cart for luggage impossible."

"We were so impressed with this hotel. We were in town for Mizzou graduation, so the city was packed. Drury didn't price gouge, which we were thankful for. It was easy to get to campus, and the hotel itself was just lovely. They do a really nice breakfast in the morning. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool was really cool (indoor-outdoor) and the fitness center had everything we needed. I highly recommend it if you'll be in Columbia."
