“SO convenient for the railway station (Trivandrum north)Nice welcome at reception.Room fine with A/C and a good shower. However we were told that breakfast was at 7.30 but there was no breakfast by 8 am and we had to leave;no sign of anyone at the reception.”

“The bedding was stained, the bathroom smelled of urine, there was human hair on the floor, and bugs in the room. I also had to wait ten minutes in reception before somebody showed up to greet me. It was such a bad experience, that I immediately checked out and booked alternative accommodation. ”

“The condition of the hotel and rooms were terrible, the pictures given in your website is too old. May be they have pictures taken when the facility was new and clean. I booked two rooms for Myself (including my infant son)old parents but when I went in to the room, it was such disappointment. Both rooms got Lots of mold,no proper housekeeping (even worried about bedbugs), old furnitures. Plus rude and irresponsible reception staff. I have pictures to prove the condition of this hotel if……

“De locatie voor bezienswaardigheden is heel goed. Hotel is zeer gedateerd, oud en smerig. Hygiënisch is het ook heel slecht. In badkamer hing aanhoudend riolering lucht. Je moet vragen voor room cleaning. Geen waterkoker aanwezig, op verzoek werd er 1 gebracht, kamer was niet schoon. Op verzoek werd het wel schoon gemaakt. Heel mooie balkon met een prachtige uitzicht, maar vies tot en met. Ontbijt stelde niks voor heel karig. Wij gingen naar een andere restaurant voor onze dagelijkse ontbijt. ”

“Bedsheets were not changed before our arrival. We had to ask twice for them to be changed. Room was comfortable but not clean. Attention to detail would make the stay that much more enjoyable. ”
