「駅が近く、食事場所などには困らない。また、コンビニも近いのでなにか足りない、となっても現地調達可能。鍵もオートロックで鍵を閉めなくていいので楽だった。 今回は3人で宿泊したが、ちょっと狭いと感じた。特に、キッチンにテーブルと椅子がありそこで食事や作業ができるが、椅子が2つしか無いので3人で同時に作業をすることができない点は困った。（リビングの方にローテーブルがあるので、離れていいのであれば作業場所はある。） コンセントも、テレビ台の下に延長コードが設置されており、足りないということはなかった。」
