"This place is huge and felt very overwhelming. The breakfast wasn’t cleverly good. I would stick to 7 eleven and it took forever to get up or down sometimes as the place was so big! The onsen was nice and the location was ok. "

I saw that they were more gentle with Japanese customers more than foreigners. The breakfast buffet was OK. I feel like they didn’t stock up quickly. "

The room was clean and modern an had everything needed. I would 100000% recommend!! Thank you for a great start to our honeymoon!"

"Everything you would need for an airport hotel. Easy check-in, all the amenities you need, convenience store in the hotel and a breakfast buffet. Nice and pleasant staff. "

"Clean and huge room. Do note that there is a shower cubicle in the toilet (aside from the bathtub), which was great as we were initially worried the elderly would need to climb in to take a shower. Breakfast was however not fantastic and not worth the money."

"Very spacious room with extremely easy access to Rinku outlet. Hotel provides free shuttle to airport which is very convenient. The hot bath is so relaxing "
