「Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. 「Our group loved our stay here! It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busier Tokyo Areas. The house is conveniently only 2 minutes away from a 7/11 and FamilyMart, and 8 minutes away from the train station. While being on the smaller side, the property is still well-kept, and cozy. The owner communicated well through emails, but some instructions were harder to decipher as an English speaker. Overall, a great stay!」

「The property is really good. It is a unique experience to stay in an old building. It is also a convenient setup with separate sleeping spaces upstairs and hang out space downstairs.」

「The home was close to everything and it was clean and roomy for everyone (2adults and 3 kids).. We went to Skytree tower and hung out there a few times, and Kinshicho station had all of what we needed, a very big station! Very accessible to all the rest of Tokyo, and even has a direct train to Kamakura. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. We wished there were more dishes, but with a Daiso nearby, that was quickly fixed. 「There was a toilet upstairs and downstairs and an extra sink upstairs! The unit fit 6 of us comfortably! 」

「施設は非常に良いです。清潔で広く、快適に利用できます。シャワールームとトイレが分かれていて◎。シャワーの水勢もしっかりで、こちらも◎。若干階段が急ですが、許容範囲です。ただし、オーナーの方と基本連絡が取れにくいです。15時00分〜チェックイン、24時間前から同時刻までに入り方の連絡がメールで来るとのことでしたが無し。サポートからも連絡していていだきましたが、こちらも直ぐに連絡が取れず部屋に入ることができませんでした。結局連絡が来たのが16時16分。結果1時間16分待ちです。また、施設の清掃料金5,000円は当日施設でと書いてありましたが、受け渡し方法など一切無し。清掃に来られた方たちにお会いしましたが、そちらの方々も分からず。(この方たちに落ち度はないものと思います)　この件についてもオーナーに連絡しましたが、現時点(チェックアウトから8時間以上経過)でも反応がありません。施設が過ごしやすかっただけに、本当に勿体ないです。それと、前回泊まったと思われる方々(外国人)の宿泊者カードがそのまはま置いてありました。個人情報なので扱いがこれだと不安です。」
