"The room was nice but we weren’t aware it had a door to the room next to it. I could see shadows under the door and hear them clearly. That was very off putting. Especially when I paid extra and upgraded to a suite for more room and privacy. "

"Fire alarm went off at 3 am. I ran downstairs in my pajamas and no one was outside but me. I went into lobby and asked clerk what was going on and his answer was “there’s a lot going on”. I waited a few minutes while I witnessed some policeman arresting a guy for threatening to kill his wife. I asked the clerk if it was ok to return to my room and his answer was “I guess so”. Needless to say I didn’t sleep that night "

"Room #1 was freezing and the heating didn’t work. The staff were helpful and moved me to room #2, which was also freezing. But, in room number #2 the barely functioning heater was able to raise the temp to a barely tolerable temp. I staid snuggled in bed and got a lot of reading done. "

"Very easy and enjoyable stay. We had a large group, and had a few unexpected needs and questions that were quickly met through great communication with the host. Our group loved the stay, and we plan to book if we’re ever in the area again!"
