「The room is too small and definitely not enough space for place 3 beds there. There is no any spec between each bed and Then it only has a very narrow hallway you even couldn’t open the languages. 」

「Kevin was a fantastic communicator and helped us with clear directions to get to his property including videos of how to get the trains and a video of how to walk there from the station.He also provided us with instructions and advice on local eateries and restaurants.His place was super close to a 7/11 and supermarket and was a quick 5 minute walk to the closest train station.His house had everything we needed for our stay. 「We enjoyed our stay-all the comforts of home were included. We had one elderly but healthy family member with us. Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. Other than that, the place was clean, convenient, quiet, and great for our stay in Japan. 」

「The property was great for 2 families. The stairs are quite steep so you’ll need to be careful when going up and down. We did noticed that the floors were not swept as there were dust and cobwebs (one spider!) along the stairway. Overall, we still appreciate the house layout and the proximity to the train station. 7-11 is a very short distance away which made it super convenient to grab last minute snacks. 」

He was very prompt and helpful in all communications, from our initial inquiry through to check-in and check-out.The location is convenient—Kokubunji Station is only 15 minutes from Shinjuku, making it a good base for exploring Tokyo and beyond. 「This house has it all! Traveling with 9 people can be tough. This house had tons of space so we weren't on top of each other. There are multiple train stations close by and it was easy to get to every part of Tokyo from the house. Communication with the property owner was amazing and they provided a lot of assistance. I would stay here again!」
