“The hotel is clean and well maintained, with view of a port. The spring pools are great (both the male and female sides have the same standard and traditional raw pools). The lobby is spacious and has a calm atmosphere.”

“Overall the hotel was good. Sea view from the room was nice & peaceful. However, the 2 nights we were there, there was no hot water for shower nor the onsen was available. The night shift hotel staff was very apologetic, but the morning front desk team seem really annoyed when we check for an update with the hot water situation. Just wished the hotel could let us know earlier so we could make other arrangements.”

“Very unique, beautiful rooms, staff very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Great location.”

“This hotel was outstanding in every way—from the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff to the cleanliness and well-maintained amenities. The pearl spring bath was absolutely incredible, and the sunrise view was simply breathtaking—truly unforgettable experiences that made the stay even more special.”
