“If you're looking for "Urban Comfort Apartments", it's actually "Eviathe Apartments" which is above the entrance to the property. We thought we were at the wrong place! Gaining entry was really easy with the key safe. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was just what we needed for a 13 night stay in Larnaca. The washing machine and the big clothes maiden was really appreciated. All the appliances were relatively new and very clean. The huge fridge freezer was brilliant! The……

“The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.”

“Well appointed room. All the standard features. Comfortable bed. Compact bathroom with standard amenities. Short walk to the foreshore and the hustle and bustle of Larnaca.”

“Very quaint boutique hotel, close to many restaurants and beach. Very clean, large bathroom and very clean rooms. The convenience store in the lobby is really nice.”

“The staff was helpful and accommodating, able to confirm the bed arrangements in the room in advance despite having a policy of not doing that. The hotel is quiet, tidy and clean, centrally located and very close to the beach, bus station and city centre. The cleaners should have made an effort and clean the room or change the towels during our 3 days of stay however the overall experience is very positive.”

“Within an easy walking distance from marina and eg the local and intercity bus stations. The apartment was very nice but the area or the building were not so super. No balcony and definitely no view. The neighbours were behaving like monkeys set free but luckily not in the night time. With the apartment I have nothing to complain, all was there, wifi was working and adapters provided. So this it definitely an option for accomodation for the next time also!”

“I stayed whilst on holiday to Cyprus I really liked how close it was to the bus stop which will get you to Nicosia, ayia Napa and limasoll I found it very easy to find if you are coming from the airport bus 425 drops you off at st Helena church go through the churches gate you will find a lift on the concourse take it to the third floor collect your keys there is also a good discount supermarket across the road I definitely would stay here again ”

“We had one night and it was correct. The bathroom and toilet are shared, but there were no problems with other guests. It is suitable for short stays.”

“Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten fand ich sehr hart. In der Wohnung war sonst fast alles vorhanden was man so brauchte.”

“Keys were not in the lock box when I arrived to check in. Customer phone number was not answered; I had to call their shuttle service number, which they answered promptly to speak with someone to resolve the missing keys problem.”
