「It is a nice room. Large bed, but two twin mattresses on a double frame. Comfortable for one though. 「If you're looking for "Urban Comfort Apartments", it's actually "Eviathe Apartments" which is above the entrance to the property. We thought we were at the wrong place! Gaining entry was really easy with the key safe. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was just what we needed for a 13 night stay in Larnaca. 「Was pretty ok, a few problems was none of the drawers or cabinets were cleaned in either the bedrooms or kitchen and were really gross inside; there were no extra pillows blankets, or even towels. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super strong so you’d have to be in the same room for it to work at a functional speed. Also the TV was tiny. But I can’t deny the location is pretty insane, right in the center of town where many places are only a 10 +\- minute walk. 」

「Do NOT Stay! No hot water. No toilet paper. Towels are nasty after a cold shower. No working Wi-Fi. AC is very weak. Bed is all springs. Impossible to sleep on. And watch out for bugs. This place should not be listed. As a host I almost never give a bad review but I can’t allow others to be stuck with this place and waste $100. 」
