「My stay at Sveltos Residence was truly a home away from home. I wanted a relaxed, comfortable place to unwind—and I got exactly that. I stayed in the three-bedroom apartment, which was beautifully presented, just beautifully presented. The furniture was high quality and tastefully chosen. One bedroom was ensuite, and every room had its own TV. Everything felt brand new and spotless. 「Don’t book any CityCenter apartments unless you are happy to be disappointed. On route to the airport the accommodation I booked was changed to something else via a WhatsApp message. On arrival spent over an hour in the dark, late at night trying to locate the apartment - turns out the name of the road, name of the apartment and the main apartment door number was nowhere on display to assist. 「The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.」
