"I had an issue with my room, and Mr. Lorenzo, the duty manager, handled it very professionally. He arranged for us to move to another room with a much better view, and on top of that, he kindly offered us access to the VIP breakfast lounge for the entire stay. His professionalism and excellent service made a great impression, and I would be very happy to stay at this hotel again in the future.
