The first thing to note is I got off the train and was super early for check-in. I went there to get some water and use the bathroom, but they actually offered to let me check-in early since my room was ready! That helped a lot, and I got some rest after about 30 hours of travel! I stayed for a total of 10 days, and every day I came out there were people cleaning and making sure that the place was well kept. The breakfast was AMAZING, and the people for breakfast were so kind! I don't know if it was on purpose, but I sat in the same spot every day, moved a chair, and after a few days I noticed the chair I moved every morning wasn't there! It felt intentional as if they noticed and wanted to help! I would HIGHLY recommend going here!! Everyone was so wonderful! OH ! AND ! I speak English - they were able to easily communicate with me!

Staff and food are very good. Although free wifi is advertised in the rooms, none was available. There was wifi in the lobby and restaurant, none in the rooms. Because of this I moved to a hotel next door.

Hotel ottimo e ben funzionante. Segnalo solo due aspetti critici: il wifi che non prende e gli orari della piscina, che sono un po’ limitati. Parentesi chiude alle ore 18:00. Anche se il personale della piscina è stato molto gentile e ci ha fatto restare un po’ oltre l’orario di chiusura.

Un'italiana a Gabès

Ho trascorso 3 notti in questo hotel. Complessivamente mi ritengo soddisfatta anche se si può sempre migliorare! Un ringraziamento particolare lo voglio dedicare al sig. Adel Amiri per essere stato sempre molto accogliente e gentile durante le mie colazioni nella sala ristorante. Spero di poterci tornare in futuro. Saluti da Roma!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'hotel a Gennaio e molti servizi erano chiaramente chiusi. Abbiamo utilizzato l'hotel solo per una notte, come appoggio per poi continuare il nostro tour on the road. Molto gentile e disponibile Zied Marbrouk alla reception. Hotel nella media, personale gentile. Da migliorare, dal nostro punto di vista, climatizzazione nella camera e maggior cura della camera.

Reception was fast and professional. The language barrier was not a problem. The room was shown before being paid to make sure it was satisfactory. Room was clean, roomy and had a balcony. Cleaning staff was great. Restaurant had limited hours because of the Ramadan. Breakfast is free until 8 am and dinner you need to pay around 54 dinars. You can stay at the hotel and eat or you can take a short 5 minutes walk around the corner along the beach. There you will find restaurants at a lower price. The pool was closed. Seasonal only. The gym was ok. Would have been nice to have a treadmill. The grounds are clean. Besides that my stay was good. I recommend.

Bonjour, L'hôtel ne mérite absolument pas 4 étoiles, loin de là. Il faudrait lui retirer 2 étoiles pour rester conforme aux prestations.
