"We wanted to visit Shenandoah National Park and wanted a private cabin to call home for the week. Nina was top notch and so easy to communicate with if needed. "The view of the cabin was unbelievable! The sunsets were beautiful. The location was also prime for getting into the park, quick drive into town, and close to the Luray Caverns. The host was communicative and helpful. There were bugs inside the cabin, but the host was upfront about that in the booking which was appreciated and we decided that was fine for us. We loved that it was dog friendly as well! I do feel the cabin is a bit dated for the nightly price. There were also a lot of clean up instructions which seems silly when you are paying a cleaning fee. Overall it was a nice stay."

"Clean, friendly staff, cozy feel, large tv, and overall a wonderful stay! Our only suggestion would be a fan in the bathroom since steam quickly builds. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend the Hillside Hotel. "

"The view was beautiful and in close proximity to the Shenandoah National Park and Luray Caverns. We were, however, disappointed that we could not wash our clothes over 4 days because the washer was full of mold and mildew. While we knew that we had to bring our own sheets, pillow cases and towels, this was the first cabin at which we had to do this. For these reasons, we would probably not rent it again."
