「I loved the environment. There was food everywhere my favorite was the a la carte option by the swim up pool. Only thing I didn’t like was that the Spa services was an extra charge in Euros. Also make sure you have AirTags in luggage as my luggage was lost in Frankfurt for a day which made my experience a little sour. But overall very nice place. Lovely lovely resort. The staff are very helpful especially Bilal the server. It was an amazing experience will def come back. 」

「Overall experience was good, enjoyed staying here. We had the apartment which is just away from the main building, looked like a block of flats. Our light outside the room didn't work, asked reception a couple of times and it was fixed. Room was fine, plenty of space but expected a bin in the room and not just in the toilets. 「Pros: excellent location, close to many shops, a bazaar and many restaurants, food was good (see cons also) with good selection, decent kids facilities, nice rooms, even though not on beach but free shuttle was provided to the beach from across the street Cons: very unhelpful and unmotivated staff (emphasis on very), way too crowded, lots of food was being placed on the counter cold」

「Pros: almost everything. Great food selection, beautiful beach (with awesome shuttle/boat services), plenty of kids facilities, awesome water park with many many slides, amazing scenery, beautiful rooms, great and nice staff, the steam and ice rooms were just amazing, etc. Cons: the game room (whatever they called it) had a decent selection of games especially for kids but when the demand was low (I.e. Morning, they'd randomly shut off games and would say they're broken only to be turned back...
