Wonderful!
My wife and I stayed at this property for four days, and really enjoyed the flat. Communication with the owners was excellent, and they were warm and responsive hosts. I appreciated the hiking tips. The flat is super clean and works great for a couple. It's accurately depicted in the photos. I'd recommend staying an extra day or taking a day away from your active vacation to camp out on the balcony to watch the magnificent Alps across the valley. The play of the sun from dawn to dusk on the mountains, the constantly shifting clouds and mist, are magic to behold. Put the phone away, breathe in/out, relax with a bottle of wine, and appreciate a special place in this world. Thanks so much to our hosts, and, needless to say, we'd love to return.

Closest thing to heaven!
We really enjoyed our stay ! If you are looking for a quiet sky high paradise....this is it. The view is amazing. You travel up a steep winding road from town for about 10 minutes and turn into this hidden gem. The hosts were very attentive and were on hand if we needed anything. Everything was clean and comfortable in the apartment. We loved the area for outdoor activities. The town of Lienz is full of nice shops and is very quaint. Highly recommend.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick
Wir haben zu zweit ein verlängertes Wochenende hier verbracht und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und man hat aufgrund der Lage am Berghang oberhalb von Lienz einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Stadt, ins Drautal und die Berge. Wir haben einige schöne Wanderungen gemacht, man kann auch zu Fuß vom Haus aus starten. Von der Vermieterin sind wir sehr herzlich empfangen und betreut worden. Als wir müde vom Wandern heimkamen, wurden wir mit einem leckeren Kuchen überrascht! Vielen Dank nochmal für alles, liebe Frau Gutschi! Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.

Urlaub in luftigen Höhen
Bei meiner Suche nach einer Unterkunft für unseren Ski Urlaub hab ich nach einer Unterkunft in der Nähe des Ski Liftes geschaut und das ist diese durchaus. 5 km zum einen 3km zum anderen. Wir sind selten so nett begrüßt und verabschiedet worden. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder. Es gibt nur eines zu bemerken. Die Straße zum Domizil ist nicht für Flachlandtiroler und bei Schnee wäre ein Allradantrieb ratsam die Straße wird aber auch gut geräumt. Sehr gut geeignet ist das Objekt für Elektroautos. Ladesäulen sind in Lienz ausreichend vorhanden und der Hang brachte unserem Golf eine Rekuperationsrate von 3 Kw. Das hat jeden Morgen ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht gezaubert wie auch die Atemberaubende Aussicht egal ob bei Tag oder Nacht.

Stilles Idyll hoch über Lienz
Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit großem Panoramablickbalkon auf die Lienzer Dolomiten, sehr sonnig von früh bis spät, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr nette Gastgeber, die uns mit selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten überraschten! Wer die Ruhe sucht und die kurvige Anfahrt auf 1300m nicht scheut, ist hier genau richtig!
