    This Beautiful Home is located close to Downtown Gainesville,
    Northeast Georgia Hospital and Brenau University is near by and plenty of restaurants around,
    This gorgeous, house invites you to enjoy romantic evenings in a peacefully atmosphere relaxing by the fireplace and 65 inch TVs or in the back watching the birds and deers.

    Our nightly rate includes up to 4 guests.
    Each additional guest (2 years and older) is $25 per person per night.
    Infants under 2 years old stay free.
    This home has a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Please add every guest to your reservation so we can prepare the right number of linens, towels, and supplies.
    This is our standard policy and is very common with hotels and short-term rentals. Thank you for understanding!

Close to downtown. Very clean . Quiet neighborhood. Loved watching the deer.

The host was available whenever we text him. He got right back with us. It was a very beautiful and quiet, watching all the deer.

This place is clean and very cute! And in a pretty nice area. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. However, due to a few issues (out of the owners control) we did leave a day early. The renters upstairs were very loud and the floors are very thin so keep that in mind if you stay here and someone else is upstairs. The other issue was the Internet went out the 2nd day we were there and never came back on which means no TV as well! Other than these few problems the stay was great.
