Bring your boat since Laurel Park is < 5 min away with a boat ramp, pavilions, playgrounds, & walking trails, tennis/volleyball courts. Close to the beautiful Atlanta Botanical Gardens!

★Fishing and kayaking access on the property; however, please use caution when walking down the hill and path to the water as the property is steep and can be slick when wet. Please note that kayaks and fishing equipment do not come with the house.
★Swim at your own risk.
★The driveway is also steep, but 4-wheel drive is not required. Adequate parking is available on the street or on the driveway.
★Please also keep in mind that we have a sensitive septic system! We ask that you refrain from disposing of grease down the drains, be mindful of the amount of toilet paper used, and avoid flushing feminine products. Thank you!
