「The day I arrived there were over 100 kids easily on site. I ended up catching the flu that night during my stay. Wish there could be fair warning when booking if teams are going to show up and over run the hotel.」

「飯店設施很好，休息舒適」

「酒店很差，服务人员也很差，酒店人员没有诚信。酒店价格信息管理一塌糊涂，明明沟通好的价格确临时涨价！甚至服务员要个信封都不给！垃圾！」

「AC was not working… toilet not flushing and got locked out of the room because door did not have good batteries. It looks like the property was lacking preventive maintenance and they have a reactive way of solving issues. It used to be a fantastic place and it just looks that is falling apart」

「El servicio del restaurante muy bueno」

「we travel from Bogota sonesta to Barranquilla sonesta, when we arrive, the lobby is good, room is good, but we can smell something like mildew, but not so strong. The location is at the north part of the city, 15 minutes walking to the mall, there is a asia bar at the lobby but only open after 4pm, they have good sushi. there is also an Italian restaurant in the same building of the hotel, right in front of Subway, food there is really nice too. If you want to try Chinese food in Brranquilla,...

「Me gusta la ubicación de la propiedad. Faltaría mejorar las condiciones de trabajo en las habitaciones」

「The hotel is very hard to access no ocean view at all because of high trees everything was closed inside the hotel at 6 pm we checked inn at 5 pm paid cash for the room at 6 pm every employee at the hotel including receptionist left the property no security no other guests just me and my wife they turned everything off we realized that we were the only guest in this entire hotel my wife told me I don’t want to stay here because I don’t feel safe and she is Colombian Borneo and raised so we...

「The staff was helpful except that they can't keep the minimal order to allow you to sleep at night . I have never been in such a noisy place . The building pictures are deceiving, the street was dirty and looked abandoned . Is just a cheap place . I choose it looking for something in the historical center with reasonable time to get to the airport early in the morning . I didn't expect to lose hours of sleep while gaining 15 more minutes on the road .」

「The room is big and clean. Breakfast is very fancy」

「The hotel is old, no good maintenance, no hot water in the bathroom. I stayed this hotel many years ago, not bad but this time, very disappointed. I changed another hotel immediately after staying one night.」

「Ok」

「very friendly staffs, brand new facilities, but not so good as an luxury hotel (there is no electric iron, poor shampoo...)」
